I first met Alex in the Kuoni store in Manchester. My wife Helen and I popped in when we were caught in the crowds watching the Olympic Torch pass through town. We were convinced that we couldn’t afford to be Kuoni customers, however, Alex welcomed us so warmly into the store that we instantly felt as if we belonged. We have been Kuoni clients ever since and are strong advocates for the brand, particularly as it is embodied by Alex. Alex is engaging, professional, knowledgeable and obviously loves helping make her clients dreams come true.
