Start your morning with breakfast at Ilima Terrace or grab a coffee and pastry from the Seaview Terrace. Hale Nalu has plenty of dishes for lunch whilst Tidepools offers a romantic setting for dinner.
Tidepools
Dine on Hawaiian dishes under the romantic setting of a thatched bungalow above a koi-filled pond against a backdrop of a cascading waterfall.
Hale Nalu

The open-air casual restaurant for breakfast.
Stevenson's Library
Pull up a chair at the 24-foot koa wood bar where sushi and spirits are served.
Captain's Bar
Open from late morning to sunset, with pool and ocean views, this is a popular spot for refreshments.
Learn about stories of Hawaii at the resort's twice-weekly Kauai Luau. Select from the all-you-can-eat buffet as you watch the music and dance performances.
At the award-winning Anara Spa, the largest on the island, you can indulge in tension-relieving massages and facials using native botanicals. Unwind in the dry sauna or steam room.
As well as a fitness centre, there are a range of yoga and wellness classes.
This large resort has plenty of activities to keep you busy. Learn how to hula, play the ukulele or take part in Hawaiian language lessons. Join a tour of the hotel's art and Hawaiian artifacts or join a local fisherman to learn how to catch fish by throw net.
If you can drag yourself away from the multi-level swimming pools or the saltwater lagoon, you can drift down the lazy river or shoot down the 150-foot water slide. You are also just steps from the white sands of Poipu Beach.
Grand Hyatt has committed to reducing their impact on the environment. Photovoltaic panels have been installed to produce clean, renewable energy. Guests are issued with refillable water bottles, food containers are compostable and there is a comprehensive recycling programme. The resort's restaurants serves locally-sourced fish, grass-fed beef and cage-free eggs and guests can take a tour of the hydroponic garden to see where some of the produce is grown.
Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, The Poipu Bay Golf Course spreads between the mountains and ocean and is one of the most acclaimed courses in the Pacific region.
Locally Paid Fees & Taxes: Expect to pay approximately $55 per room per night for hotel resort fees and local taxes.
