There are two restaurants – one a hip market with street-food stalls, a café and three bars. If that isn’t enough for you, the hotel rubs shoulders with a cluster of bars, restaurants and shops, backing onto Torviscas Beach.

Main Restaurant
A light and airy place in which to dine. Enjoy international cuisine and show cooking including cooked-to-order eggs, freshly prepared juices and hot options.

Gourmet Market
A hip dining spot with live music – flamenco musicians one day, DJs the next – and a clutch of excellent food stalls serving the likes of seafood, smoky grills, cheese boards, tapas and dim sum.

Star Café
The place for coffee, milk shakes, smoothies and snacks.

Lobby Bar
A glossy indoor space spills out onto an outdoor terrace for ocean views.

Snack Bar
Open at lunch time for poolside snacks.

The spa has four treatment rooms, whirlpool, Turkish bath, sauna and outdoor heated pool. Offering a range of massages and beauty treatments, a visit here will leave you feeling pampered. The fitness centre is open 24-hours.

Take a day trip to the lunarscape of Teide National Park or make a splash at nearby Siam Water Park.

Aside from the hotel's vast swimming pool, Torviscas and Fañabé beaches are just a short stroll from the hotel and the Puerto Colón Sailing Club is 1.5 kilometres.

Iberostar Selection Sábila is single-use plastic free, has installed water efficient showers and toilets and uses 100% renewable energy. All windows are double-glazed, most lighting comes from energy-efficient LED bulbs and electricity is controlled by key card. The hotel is part of Iberostar’s Wave of Change movement which aims, in all of its hotels, to end landfill-bound waste by 2025 and achieve carbon emission neutrality by 2030.

The hotel has 13 double rooms with walk-in showers and adapted bathrooms, for guests with limited mobility.

There is a dress code for the Main Restaurant: for gentlemen, shorts are permitted (except swimming trunks) and t-shirts with sleeves and closed-toe shoes must be worn.

The Gourmet Market and Snack Bar are not included in any meal plans.
