Iberostar Selection Anthelia

Elegant and easy-going in equal measures

A prime beachfront spot, diverse dining and a Star Camp for kids make this a top choice for families.

There are mornings on Fañabé beach, pool time overlooking the sea and an indoor spa pool with water jets. Crisp white rooms come with large balconies. The food choices are fantastic; alfresco silver service, pizzas at Portofino and fresh seafood and sunsets at the Beach Bar.

Why we love Iberostar Selection Anthelia

  • Fabulous kids’ pool with a pirate ship and slides.

  • Large adults-only pool set away from the main hub of activity.

  • Great location between Fañabé and del Duque beaches.

  • A 10-minute drive to the adrenaline-pumping water rides at Siam Park.

EarthCheck certified Iberostar Selection Anthelia uses 100% renewable electricity and LED light bulbs wherever possible. The hotel is single-use plastic free and its restaurants serve responsibly sourced fish and seafood. They are part of Iberostar’s pioneering Wave of Change movement which aims, in all of its hotels, to end landfill-bound waste by 2025 and achieve carbon emission neutrality by 2030.

We love the kids’ club here – it starts from age 4 and goes all the way up to age 17, with children in three separate age groups. The teen space, Eagles’ Nest, is particularly cool – it has an entertainment area with things like table football, pool and darts, and even a dance floor with DJ table. 0-4 year olds are also welcome with you by their side.

You can book interconnecting rooms, which sleep up to six people. The superior interconnecting rooms have double and single beds, beautiful bathrooms and a private balcony or terrace. The suites are a nice option for smaller families – the duplex, for example, is spread over two floors and has two bathrooms, plus a living room with a sofa bed, and you can ask to add a cot.

Golf Costa Adeje is just five kilometres from the hotel. Designed by Jose Gancedo, the course maximises the natural landscapes with mountain and sea views throughout.
