This hotel is perfect. Luxurious and super professional service. We did a cooking class as a family which was brilliant and very well organised. We had several massages in the spa which I would recommend. Lots of lovely touches to make you feel that you were a VIP guest. We don’t like to be overly interactive and I think they sensed that, gave us our space and were not pushy at all. The minibar refill was a great hit with the kids. It was cool when we stayed so we didn’t spend much time at the pool but we had plenty to see in Hue which is a cheap and short taxi ride away. Our only complaint was that all of the beds were really firm. The pillows also very firm.So firm, that none of us really slept well the 3 nights that we stayed.

We had an unforgettable experience at Pilgrimage Village during our short stay in Hue. Christie and the entire team went above and beyond to look after our family and made my birthday trip to Vietnam extra special. From helping us hire a knowledgeable guide to explore the area, to ensuring we had everything we needed, their hospitality was warm and thoughtful. The boys had a great time riding bikes through the peaceful and scenic surroundings, and we all indulged in the spa treatments—which were both relaxing and revitalising. The food was another highlight. With delicious options for vegetarians and gluten-free diets, everyone was well taken care of. My son even declared the steak he had here the best he’s had since arriving in Vietnam! We’re already planning to return for a longer stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and welcoming retreat in Hue.
