You’ll stay in one of just 14 cabins aboard Mekong Eyes, a traditional yet beautifully reimagined rice barge, each with a private bathroom. You’ll disembark to explore a local village and the fragrant orchards that surround it, re-joining the boat in time for sunset and dinner. A second day takes you on a sampan to explore smaller parts of the waterways and meet the families that live and work here.
