At the peaceful adults-only Spa Village Resort Tembok, there’s a focus on balanced living throughout, from activities to cuisine. The staff here want to introduce you to a healthy, sustainable way to enhance your wellbeing.

The spa experience is less about visiting a vast extravagant spa with lots of facilities, and more about taking time out to de-stress. It’s personalised and authentic, and there’s a 50-minute indoor spa treatment included for all guests, every day.

Each treatment is preceded by the Segara Giri pre-treatment ritual – a relaxing foot scrub using the region's famous black sands. All the therapies and treatments are inspired by the local environment. During the ‘massage under the stars’* you can enjoy a candlelit massage at the ocean’s edge, or for a more traditional herbal experience, opt for the Sangkarajaya spa treatment with a fresh basil, mint, neem and lime exfoiliating scrub, a relaxing head and facial massage and a herbal body masque*.

As you would expect from a spa resort, many of the activities are based on health, fitness and wellbeing. Take a sunrise hike up to Mount Batur*, cycle to a waterfall*, take a meditative beach walk, learn how to make body scrubs*, join a healthy cooking class* or board a jukong, a Balinese traditional boat, for a sunrise or sunset cruise*.
