 Scenic Hotel Southern Cross, Dunedin

Dating back to 1883, this landmark hotel has been carefully refurbished and blends historic charm with modern comforts. There are three restaurants and bars – tuck into breakfast at Carlton, feast on local specialities at Ports O’Call Grill and order casual fare at Boldini Café & Wine Bar. The hotel also offers a fitness centre and a casino.
