The extensive Constance Spa, set in beautiful tropical gardens, is a real highlight. Here, the thermal pool, reflexology walkway and Jacuzzi allow you to unwind and embark on a journey of the senses. Treatments feature natural ingredients from the Indian Ocean, as in the sublime signature Island Massage for one or two. Yoga sessions are held in the serene yoga pavilion in the spa garden. As well as a fully equipped gym, there are four tennis courts and a squash court and a programme of fitness classes. There are also bicycles to hire (free for villa guests) to pedal around the grounds, and the option to go zip lining or rock climbing. The adjoining Morne Seychellois National Park is crisscrossed with hiking trails.

With Port Launay Marine Park on the doorstep, this is an excellent place to scuba dive in crystal-clear waters. The resort’s dive centre offers courses for complete beginners, PADI certification and specialist trips for qualified divers. Complimentary pedal boats, small sailing catamarans, windsurfers and kayaks are available, and there are occasional guided kayaking trips through the mangroves for an extra charge.

Constance Ephélia has its own mangrove nursery as part of its local conservation plan and has regular planting excursions. Water-saving measures include an in-house desalination plant, while wastewater is cleaned and recycled for irrigation. The grounds have been landscaped with a range of endemic plants, including the vulnerable and iconic Coco de Mer palm. Everything that can be recycled is recycled on-site or locally, from vegetable peelings to used cooking oil and coffee capsules

The sanctuary-like U Spa* isn’t just for adults. Little ones adore the treatments specially created for them – there are massages, mani-pedis and facials designed just for smaller guests.

The sleek and spacious Family Villas are designed for ultimate privacy and relaxation. Expect luxebohemian décor and swish features like a private swimming pool, hot tub, steam shower and outdoor terrace for al fresco cocktails and dining. Three bedroom Family Villas are spread over two floors.

Constance Ephelia offers a great kids' club to keep your little ones entertained during your holiday. Catering for children aged 4-11, the friendly and experienced staff creates full and exciting entertainment schedules with a plethora of planned activities for each range as well as a dedicated children’s pool.  Some of the activities on offer include talent shows, circus skills, computer stations, art and crafts and outdoor space to run and play. There are also various theme days including cookery skills, such as creating pizzas, icecream and smoothies.

Minimum age 13 for Hillside and Presidential Villas.
