The dining choices are superb. Blue Ginger is a Vietnamese restaurant, regularly rated as the best in the country. LOYA is the speciality Indian restaurants whilst Machan is the all-day diner which specialises in Italian, continental and Lebanese food. Head to the open-air Blue Bar for evening drinks overlooking the gardens and a lily pond.
