Set in the heart of the 'blue city' of Jodhpur, with spectacular views of Mehrangarh Fort, RAAS is a charming boutique hotel.
Dating back to the 18th-century, this former family haveli has been totally refurbished whilst retaining many of the original Rajput architectural features including stone-carved panels and antique shrines. The whole property is spread over five acres with gardens, a heated swimming pool and an 18th-century temple. The original horse stables have been converted into relaxation areas and there’s a spa for traditional treatments. Guests love relaxing in the tranquil courtyards with unmatched views of the fort.

Facilities
There are two restaurants, Darikhana and Baradari, serving a mix of Indian, Italian and Thai dishes. Head to the rooftop bar for incredible views of the fort, particularly at night when the fort is illuminated. The Stepwell Café is a great spot to watch the world go by.
Baradari
Offering a range of Mediterranean, Thai and Indian dishes, Baradari is open all day.
Darikhana
Enjoy views of the Mehrangarh Fort from the al fresco dining area of Darikhana.
The Stepwell Café
Serving lunch and dinner, coffee and cocktails overlooking the Stepwell.
If you are celebrating a special occasion, RAAS can arrange a private dining experience by the swimming pool or in the gardens.
Treatments at the spa use ethical and organic Ma Earth Botanicals. These products are free from parabens and sulphates. Yoga and meditation sessions can also be arranged.
Since RAAS lies in the centre of Jodhpur, it’s easy to access the city’s key landmarks on foot. Private heritage walks can be arranged.
When RAAS was constructed, 70% of the materials were sourced within a 30km radius of hotel. Hot water is solar powered and they have an organic garden and source everything else from local vendors.
