Although there are plenty of places to eat out in Çeşme, there’s a line-up of restaurants that’ll tempt you to linger at the hotel for dinner, an Italian restaurant, plus a seafood option overlooking the Aegean. If you’re well and truly in the holiday mood and don’t fancy anything too formal, you can grab dinner around the pool, as the Oasis Pool Bar stays open in the evening.

Open for breakfast and then again for dinner, when a modern fish and meat menu is served, occasionally with live music.
