Facilities
A stand-out feature is The Rabelo Restaurant, which serves up regional dishes with Douro wines and plenty of fresh fish. We also love the old-world feel of the comforting Library Bar, where you can curl up by the fire with a glass of port.
What's Included
Breakfast at the River Room.
Enjoy a game of tennis, take a walk through the surrounding nature or kayak down the River Douro. Return to the hotel for a special wine tasting. Known as a Wine Flight, you will taste a variety of red and white wines accompanied by Portuguese cheese and ham.
The hotel has abolished single-use plastic stirrers, straws and water bottles. The restaurant gives preference to regional produce and activities and tours are organised with local guides.
