Days 1-3

Porto

Begin your journey in beautiful Porto, a city with a rich history that has left many fascinating traces, and has a jaw-dropping setting on the steep banks of the Douro River.

Days 4-6

Douro Valley

Follow the river upstream and spend some time exploring the vine-cloaked Douro Valley where Portugal's famed sweet red wines are produced. Nominate a designated driver and hop from winery to winery.

Day 7-9

Lisbon

Continue south to Lisbon, the country's captivating capital. Its quirky and cool neighbourhoods are awash with must-see sights as well as centuries-old cafés and riverside bars.

Days 10-14

The Algarve

The final leg takes you to the shores of the Algarve where resorts sit on clifftops and the Atlantic washes up on golden sands. You'll have plenty of time to soak up the sun which shines for an average of 300 days a year here.
