Capo d’Orso Thalasso & Spa

A scenic sun-drenched spot by the sea

With two beaches, romantic restaurants and just 86 bedrooms, Capo d’Orso is geared towards couples looking for an utterly gorgeous Italian escape.

Wake up to stop-and-stare views of sparkling waters and islands. Stroll through wild parkland to sun bleached sands where wooden sunbathing decks float on the sea. Take seafood lunches lapped by waves and dinners under lanterns dropped from ancient olive and juniper trees. Capo d’Orso masters the art of a serene and soothing holiday as much as it does a bold and beautiful summer. Snooze by the saltwater pool and book into the Thalasso spa for seawater circuits and open-air massages. Or brush shoulders with the sea by speedboating over to Corsica and sailing on a vintage schooner around the La Maddalena archipelago.

Why we love Capo d’Orso Thalasso & Spa

  • Cala Capra’s white sands, where a small breakwater makes the crystal-clear waters ideal for snorkelling and swimming.

  • Many of the rooms come with Tyrrhenian Sea views.

  • Explore the coast without a crew, hiring a luxury inflatable boat which doesn’t require a sailing licence.

  • Sun loungers are tucked aways into little nooks around the resort, allowing you plenty of privacy.
