Offering massages, facials, beauty rituals and other treatments, Domes’ signature Soma Spa here is something of a serene haven, using healing techniques inspired by the ancient Greeks. There’s a fitness centre overlooking the Aegean, with a range of classes on offer outdoors – from body sculpting and circuit training to sunrise yoga, with sea views for motivation.

The resort has curated various experiences to get you out exploring the local area: head off on a food tour exploring Crete’s mountain villages; visit the local wineries; take a tour of Knossos, the cradle of Minoan civilisation; or get active on a hike around the Samaria Gorge. Jeep safaris, helicopter tours, fishing trips, horse-riding and more can also be arranged with the concierge.

The resort has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Many of Crete's iconic beaches are a short drive away or you may prefer to take a RIB speed boat to explore some of Crete's coves and islets.

Domes Resorts are Travelife certified with a number of sustainability initiatives. Eco-conscious efforts include low-energy LED lamps, glass instead of plastic bottles, water reuse for the gardens, a food waste management programme, CO2 monitoring, clean beach initiatives and training staff around eco practices.
