Set among lush jungle foliage that gives way to an impossibly pristine beach, Sandals Halcyon Beach has a dreamy location on the northwest edge of St Lucia. Kelly’s Dockside
Surrounded by ocean views on three sides, this over-water eatery is elevated by beautiful lantern light and plush furnishings. Open for breakfast, then serves Creole cuisine in the evening.

Kimonos
An atmospheric, dinner-only restaurant serving Asian specialities straight from the teppanyaki grill.

Mario’s
Expect Tuscan dishes at this traditional Italian, where your evening can begin selecting antipasti from the buffet, followed by a comforting plate of pasta, then sweet tiramisu or panna cotta.
