This resort has earned internationally recognised certification that conform to standards set by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council.
Rooms
Individual sky bridges as opposed to stuffy corridors lead to 29 sanctuary suites featuring a king-size bed, living area, bath and rain shower, all in one extravagantly sized living space with spellbinding views occupying the space that would usually contain a fourth wall. Without any intrusions such as radios or televisions, you can enjoy the serenity and sounds of nature – awaken to birdsong and watch hummingbirds flit among tropical flowers. Each suite offers 24-hour butler service, Sky Jacuzzi Suites feature a large Jacuzzi and all of the other suites offer a beautiful infinity pool.
It’s all about the views here and having a private infinity pool to enjoy it from is part of the wow factor. Plump for a Sun Sanctuary that has a large pool and 270-degree view.

Unbelievable place to have experienced. The style of the hotel is visually stunning. The architecture is incredibly unique and the views - well, I’ve never seen anything like it. We stayed in a Star Sanctuary just for 2 nights as part of a bigger holiday at Anse Chastanet and it really was sensational. The completely open to the air room with the most spectacular view of the pitons was so special, and to enjoy it from your own in-room pool?! We’ve peaked! Yoga on the rooftop in the mornings was a wonderful start to the day. Beautiful 360 views and wonderful instructor to talk you through everything and take it at your own pace. The staff - goodness me I’ve never known anything life it. In both Anse and Jade, it blows my mind how they remember not only your names/rooms etc, but also remember the activities you are doing that day and ask you about it when they pass you, even if you didn’t tell that person specifically. The joyfulness of the general demeanour of everyone is catching and I can’t understand what anyone would ever have to complain about. Tetclus was our majordomo and he was amazing. Booked dinner for us before we had checked in without us having even thought about it, always had wonderful suggestions and was just lovely in every way. My husband and I would consider ourselves foodies and will always seek out interesting, local, tasty food when we visit places. Well, again we were blown away by the quality and the flavours (particularly the sauces here are amazing) of the food. We both had the steak offerings at one point and it was cooked to perfection as per what we had asked for. The seafood options are divine and every single dessert is heavenly. You are encouraged to take your time with meals, and just to soak in the view and calmness of it all. On one of the mornings we opted to have breakfast in our room, just to enjoy it whilst we were there, and we loved every second. The cost is insane and we went in knowing that this was likely “once in a lifetime” for us but we would do it again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny,

Brief stay to cross it off my must see list whilst also visiting sister hotel (Anse Chastenet). My expectations and hopes were sky high. Not one tiny percent of me left disappointed. The pictures of Jade Mountain do not come close to the level of breathtaking beauty it has in person. The outside walkways and gardens - architecturally gorgeous, awe-inspiring to look all the way down (or up). The beach is fab with great snorkelling at both ends. The rooms - totally one of a kind. Even the tiles used in the pools are unique to Jade, and unique to each room. View of the pitons is truly breathtaking. The small touches are all there too. I wouldn't change a thing. Dining - exceptional at every level. Dinner service can be slow but I suspect this is intentional to let you take in the surroundings as much as possible. Service - beyond 5*, special shout out to our primary majordomo Tetclus, truly good natured and impeccable manners. All staff are exceptional, which for the Caribbean is even more remarkable. Cost - absurd. Worth every penny.

Wonderful staff, food and experience. Jameel was our host and he was incredible. “No” is not in their vocabulary. Jameel treated us like royalty and was always at our beck and call. Beautiful, scenic place. Only gripe is wish they had a/c or better cooling options for the room.
