The Bajan-inspired breakfast is served in the The Restaurant at The Rockley, and the menu changes on the daily. The Caribbean flavours continue on to lunch time but there are also plenty of international offerings too; it's a super casual space with bold black and white murals on the walls, a buzzing atmosphere and a warm Barbados welcome. For dinner, head out to one of the nearby restaurants that line the South Coast boardwalk, walkable from the property; Lanterns, Tiki Bar and Champers are favourites. Some south coast restaurants work with the hotel as part of Dine & Sign so you can charge your meal back to your room making life easy breezy.

A full menu of in-room spa treatments is available, from couples’ massages to facials, and there’s a fitness room if you’re wanting to keep up the routine.

Wander along the Boardwalk - perfect for morning strolls if the time difference has you rising early; there are also 'dive-in' movies, island tours and games days.

The powdery white Rockley Beach is a great spot for surfing, bodyboarding, snorkelling and swimming, while the waters of Carlisle Bay Marine Park are a hotspot for diving.
