You’ll find two restaurants and three bars, offering plenty of variety – from local Caribbean fare at Drifters to themed nights at Reflections. If you fancy a change of scenery, you can also eat at nearby sister properties Tamarind, Waves Hotel & Spa and Turtle Beach under the resort’s dine-around programme, offering nearly 20 restaurants and bars to choose from in total.

Reflections
This open-air restaurant serves an a la carte menu and buffet breakfast with a postcard-pretty ocean backdrop. Expect plenty of local seafood, and head here on a Wednesday for the weekly themed buffet night bringing flavours from around the world.

Drifters
This laid-back beach bar serves daytime snacks, buffet lunches and a la carte dinners, with an emphasis on local Caribbean spices. It’s also the place to head for afternoon tea, with sweet and savoury pastries in free flow, and there’s a weekly beach barbecue on Saturday nights.

Cave Bar
Swim under a waterfall to order icy daiquiris at this unique swim-up bar, or enjoy a pre-dinner drink at the dry bar as the sun sets. Stick around for live music several nights a week, from calypso to jazz.

Vista Coffee and Wine Bar
Signature lattes, specialty coffees, international wines and sweet treats and tapas are the order of the day at this casual spot.

There’s something magical about sipping a cocktail in the atmospheric Cave Bar, named one of the top ten swim-up bars in the world and built into a rock formation with a waterfall guarding the entrance.

The resort has a 24-hour fitness centre as well as two floodlit tennis courts. A variety of free fitness classes are also available, including yoga and pilates.

Join the activities team for a game of volleyball or learn how to play beach cricket.

Water skiing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, tube rides and banana boats are all complimentary. There’s excellent snorkelling too with sea turtles often spotted, and if you’d rather stay dry, glass-bottom boat trips are also available.

The Flying Fish kids’ club (open 9am-9pm) has activities for children aged 3-12 years, including a playground and interactive pool and beach games. Kids also love the Honorary Bajan Adventurer Programme. Amenities for babies include blankets and night lights – babysitting is available for a charge.
