Cobblers Cove

A grown-up hideaway on a serene, secluded beach

This boutique, adult-oriented hideaway blends English country house style with authentic Caribbean charm.

Centred around a pastel pink plantation house, this intimate home-away-from-home is an award-winning retreat. Authentic touches such as decorative coral rock and locally crafted furniture reflect the hotel’s Bajan heritage, and you can expect outstanding hospitality as the warm staff go out of their way to keep you smiling. Lounge on the sundeck as staff offer icy water, fruit skewers and sorbet; explore colourful tropical gardens in search of hummingbirds and Bajan green monkeys; or discover the island’s history on a heritage tour – it’s all about unwinding in these serene, soothing surroundings.

Why we love Cobblers Cove

  • There’s a great selection of included watersports, and guests get a complimentary boat trip for each day of their stay. Resident fisherman Barker can also take you out in search of the catch-of-the-day and have it served for supper.

  • The hotel is perfect for couples, with an adult-oriented policy (a small number of under-12s are allowed, but on a case-by-case basis).

  • It’s designed like an elegant home-from-home, with just 42 suites, each housed in charming country-style cottages.

  • It’s set on a peaceful, secluded beach the north-west coast, making it a quieter alternative to Barbados’ busier spots.
