A secluded and luxurious private estate surrounded by rolling vineyards.

In the heart of wine country, this luxurious private estate is a perfect getaway. Stunning rooms and suites all have a wood-burning fireplace and private terrace or balcony with views over the vineyards.

The light and elegant Restaurant Botanica has its own kitchen garden and offers locally produced modern Australian food with a focus on freshness and seasonality. Its degustation menu with matching wines comes recommended. Guests can relax in the Anise Spa, with treatments such as a Champagne sorbet full body exfoliation, and there’s also an outdoor pool. In this beautiful region you can go horse riding, cycle or walk through the Hunter Valley gardens, take to the skies in a hot-air balloon, or arrange a private wine-tasting tour.
