Mantra Hervey Bay is a great choice for those seeking a resort-style hotel with a charming selection of activities nearby. You have access to the Great Sandy Strait – one of the best spots in Australia for whale watching when, from July to October humpback whales journey past Hervey Bay, as they migrate from the Antarctic to Queensland's warmer coastal waters. Nearby the Esplanade has a string of boutiques, restaurants and bars and the beach is just 500 metres away.
