By participating in this promotion, you are deemed to accept these rules and the specific directions/terms and conditions applicable. This includes the terms and conditions www.kuoni.co.uk/terms-conditions relevant to the provision of the prize itself.

It is the Winner’s responsibility to read and accept the full terms and conditions for the prize and ensure that they are appropriately shared with any beneficiaries. They will apply for each individual, equally. This includes carefully checking all visa, passport, travel insurance, health and entry requirements and complying with these fully.

The Provider

The prize set out below is offered by Der Touristik UK Ltd trading as “Kuoni”, Touristik House, One Dorking Office Park, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1HJ.

The Promoter

The Promoter and provider of the prize is Der Touristik UK Ltd trading as “Kuoni”, Touristik House, One Dorking Office Park Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1HJ.

The Prize – The prize is 5 Night stay at the All-Inclusive 4-star Sea Breeze Beach House in Barbados for 2 adults. All meals, premium drinks including cocktails and sparkling wine and non-motorised water sports are included. Any other items purchased will be charged and due at Check-out.

Bookings must be made directly with Kuoni Manchester in store only, and not via a third-party agent. Additional nights can be requested at the entrant's own cost, subject to availability and on the standard resort rate. The Winner is strongly encouraged to book promptly, to maximise the range of availability.

The prize is for accommodation-only. Valid through June 1 2025 - December 12 2025 or March 1, 2026 - December 12, 2026. Blackout Period: 30 March – 12 Apr 2026 Subject to Blackout dates. Extensions are not permitted.

Any wider arrangements, or costs incurred whilst facilitating these, will be the responsibility of the prize winner. This includes, but is not limited to, the extra cost of flights, transfers, spending money and any applicable local tourism taxes.  Any such local taxes will be indicated at the time of booking, where known.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize for this Promotion will be given to the winner as set out in the Promoter’s own entry terms and conditions. The winner must accept the prize in that form. There is no cash alternative. No alternative will be offered. The Prize Promotion closes at 5pm GMT on 30^th May 2025. 

In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given. Suitable travel insurance should be obtained at the time of booking, to ensure optimum protection.

Kuoni will not be held liable for a prize if it does not reach the winner for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

The winner uses the prize at their own risk. For full details of Kuoni’s duties and obligations arising from the facilitation of the holiday booking, including any associated limits of liability, please refer to the terms and conditions of booking.

Entrants

Entrants must reside in the UK and be aged 18 or over. Full details of entry requirements for this competition are available directly from the Promoter.

Employees and agents of Der Touristik UK Ltd or any company connected with the production or distribution of a promotion or any of their associated companies are not eligible to take part in the applicable promotion, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households.

The winner may be required to provide the Promoter with the form of proof of identity as Promoter in its sole discretion requests before receipt of any prize. Failure to produce sufficient evidence as to identity may result in disqualification.

No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted.  Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions (including instructions) will disqualify any entrant from taking part in the Prize Promotion and the entry will be invalid. The Promoter and Kuoni retain sole discretion to refuse entrants the right to enter if either party feel that these terms and conditions are not being complied with or for any valid and justifiable reason.

The Promoter and Kuoni reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time in their absolute discretion.

Publicity and Personal Data

The safe handling of your data is important to us. All personal data submitted by an entrant in connection with this Prize Promotion is submitted voluntarily. All personal data collected from entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Prize Promotion and by entering this Prize Promotion, entrants’ consent to the Promoter and/or Kuoni using this information to contact them in respect of the prize. 

Entrants may consent to receiving Kuoni email newsletters containing the latest travel features, events, competitions and offers, by ticking the relevant box on the entry form. Where you agree to opt in, data will be passed to Kuoni by the Promoter. Contact details of the winner may also be passed to Kuoni by the Promoter, once announced. Please refer to the Promoter's and Kuoni’s privacy policies for full details of how your data will be managed. Kuoni will not share your details with any third parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time. 

You are under no obligation to consent to emails or direct marketing material and this in no way affects your eligibility to still enter the Prize Promotion.

Miscellaneous

Entrants indemnify Kuoni, its agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claim, losses, costs, damages, liability and expenses arising out of the entrant’s breach of any of these terms and conditions.

Kuoni reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue the Prize Promotion at any time, where it is necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or if it cannot be guaranteed that the Prize Promotion can be carried out correctly for technical or legal reasons or if the Promoter suspects that any person has been manipulating the administration of the Prize Promotion or has acted unethically in any other way.

The law and jurisdiction of England and Wales governs these terms and conditions.
